Method
1. Preheat the ovenSet your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Make the sugar mixtureIn a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and apple pie spice until well combined.
3. Prepare the applesDip the apple slices into the melted butter, making sure each piece is lightly coated. Set aside.
4. Set up the doughUnroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Lay them out on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Add the fillingSprinkle the sugar-spice mixture evenly over each triangle, then scatter chopped pecans on top.
6. AssemblePlace one apple slice at the wider end of each triangle. Roll the dough around the apple, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the tip.
7. Finish and bakeBrush the tops with any remaining butter and sprinkle a pinch of extra apple pie spice. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden and flaky.
8. Cool slightly & serveLet them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
These are amazing on their own, but even better with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for an extra indulgent touch!
