1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie mix, butter, egg, and water. Stir until a thick dough forms.
2. Add the Cadbury eggs, M&M’s, and white chocolate chips, gently mixing until the candies are evenly spread throughout the dough.
3. Press the dough evenly into a greased 9-inch cake pan.
4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the center begins to set and the edges turn lightly golden.
5. While the cookie cake is still warm, press additional candy and chocolate chips onto the top for decoration.
6. Let the cookie cake cool completely in the pan.
7. Once cooled, carefully remove it and place it on a serving plate or cake stand.
8. Fill a piping bag with vanilla frosting and decorate the edges of the cake.
9. Finish with festive sprinkles if desired.
10. Slice into wedges and serve.
